Which Power Character Are You in Entrepreneurship?

I don’t get to watch a lot of TV, but I do have a few shows that I make time to keep up with. One of those shows is Power on STARZ. Since we’re nearing the premier of season 6, on August 25th, I’m starting to get excited to see what stupidity Tariq can get himself into next.

In the spirit of preparing for the new season, I thought we could have some fun. I want to know which Power character are you in entrepreneurship?

So I’m going to give you a description of my view of each characters positive traits as they apply to entrepreneurship, and you decide who most closely matches you as an entrepreneur. Get it? Got it? Good!

Here we go.

Ghost

James St. Patrick, aka Ghost, is the serial entrepreneur. You’re always super busy switching gears from one business to the next. You’re a boss, so you don’t mind burning the candle at both ends. You live and breathe your businesses, and no matter what crisis comes up, you handle it and keep your businesses running so smoothly that no one ever even notices.

Tommy

Tommy is the guerrilla entrepreneur. You will do absolutely anything to succeed. Now, hopefully, you would never murder anyone, but you’re willing to go to the ends of the earth to get the job done. “No” is not in your vocabulary, and when your customers call, you step up to the plate and you answer.

Tasha

Tasha represents the stoic entrepreneur. You can endure the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and barely break a sweat. You’re always down to get your hands dirty if you have to — meaning you’ll work the register, clean the toilets, answer the phones and anything else, because that’s your shit! Your business is your life, and you’ll do anything for it.

Angela Valdez

Angie Valdez is the quiet savage entrepreneur. You move in silence and never tell too many people your next move. You make big moves behind closed doors and are always one step ahead of the competition. People suspect that you’re a major player in your industry, but you don’t like to brag.

Keisha

Keisha is the intuitive entrepreneur. You run your business based on how you feel. You’re not afraid to be emotional, and your integrity is more important than any amount of money could ever be. You always, always, always do the right thing, because you just can’t help it. Because you run your business like that, people trust and respect you.

Tyriq

Tyriq is the new entrepreneur. You’re learning what it takes to become a good entrepreneur. You jump into the game head first and go hard. You may make mistakes at times, but you’re eager to learn and ready to see how much you can accomplish. You seek out great mentors, you study successful people, and you mimic their actions so you can someday be as successful as them.

Kanan

Kanan represents the street smart entrepreneur. You know the streets. You may have grown up doing things that did or could have gotten you in a lot of trouble, but you turned a negative into a positive and got it poppin as an entrepreneur. You know how to make money moves no matter where you are, and you know that a suit and tie doesn’t make someone a good CEO.

Dre

Dre is the opportunist entrepreneur. You can spot a good opportunity, even in tough situations, and when you do, you jump on it! You’re great at being able to work your way through difficult situations and you’re a quick learner. You do what it takes every day to be a boss, and it shows in your success.
