Apparently, Instagram has been meeting with creators and giving them advice on how best to use the platform and how to keep the IG algorithm gods happy.

Well, somebody leaked that information. ✊🏽👏🏽

The main takeaway is to use all of Instagram so the algorithm works in your favor.

That means use...
✔ Feed posts
✔ IGTV
✔ Reels
✔ Lives

 

Here's the breakdown of exactly what you should post weekly.

• 3 Feed Posts
  • *Including in-feed Reels or IGTV posts
• 8 - 10 Stories
  • *At least 2 per day
• 4 - 7 Reels
• 1 - 3 IGTV Videos
  • Including Instagram Lives
